Use of DoThis
DoThis provides educational fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching tools. By using the app or website, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Not Medical Advice
DoThis does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fitness and nutrition guidance can involve risk. Stop exercise for pain, dizziness, chest pain, or unsafe symptoms. Consult a qualified medical professional for injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, eating disorders, or individualized care.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether workouts, nutrition targets, and app suggestions are appropriate for you. You should use judgment, follow professional guidance, and avoid unsafe movements or excessive intensity.
7-day Premium Preview
Each eligible account receives one 7-day Premium Preview. The Preview requires no payment method, does not create an App Store subscription, and does not renew or charge automatically. When it ends, you may purchase Premium, continue using locally available features on your device, or stop using DoThis without payment.
Premium Subscriptions and Billing
A paid Premium subscription begins only after you choose a plan and confirm the purchase with Apple. Pricing, promotions, introductory offers, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before confirmation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Free Local Use After Preview
After the Premium Preview ends, saved local workouts, logs, weigh-ins, goals, and locally available history and progress may remain usable on that device. New AI features and personal cloud backup or restore require Premium. Removing the app, clearing local data, resetting the device, or signing out while local-only changes exist may make device-only information unrecoverable.
Refunds
App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. For billing issues, use Apple's subscription and refund tools. You may also contact us at help@dothiscoach.com for support.
